Japan is unlike anywhere else on earth — a destination where ancient culture and immaculate precision meet in perfect harmony, both on and off the course. Tee off on championship layouts framed by sacred mountain views and pristine Pacific coastline, then retire to a world-class ryokan for an evening of kaiseki dining, sake, and centuries-old hospitality. Japan offers the serious golfer something no other destination can — extraordinary golf wrapped in one of the world’s most extraordinary civilizations.
One of Japan’s most celebrated and storied golf clubs, Sagami Country Club is a masterclass in classical design. Set among mature woodland in Kanagawa Prefecture, the course demands precision and rewards intelligence — a round here is a lesson in the quiet refinement that defines Japanese golf at its very finest.
Perched dramatically on cliffs above the Pacific Ocean with Mount Fuji rising on the horizon, the Fuji Course at Kawana is one of the most breathtaking golf settings in the world. Designed by C.H. Alison and opened in 1936, it remains one of Asia’s most iconic layouts — a course of genuine beauty, genuine challenge, and a view that stops you mid-round. This is Bucket List golf in Japan.
Set at the foot of Mount Fuji in Gotemba, the Taiheyo Club’s Gotemba Course is one of Japan’s most prestigious and challenging layouts. A regular host of the Japan Open, this is a championship course of the highest standard — immaculately conditioned, strategically demanding, and framed by the kind of views that remind you exactly where in the world you are.
Founded in 1904 and one of the oldest golf clubs in Japan, Naruo is a place of deep historical significance and quiet excellence. Designed in the classic tradition, its tree-lined fairways and subtly contoured greens have challenged and delighted golfers for over a century. To play Naruo is to connect with the origins of Japanese golf.
A distinguished and private club in the heart of one of Japan’s most vibrant regions, Osaka Golf Club combines impeccable conditioning with a layout that rewards both the strategic thinker and the creative shotmaker.
