CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES
Once tee times and accommodations have been booked and confirmed, and the requisite deposits have been placed, there are no refunds of any deposits or final payments made by Guests or the representative club, except as provided in the 24-Hour Cancellation Policy below.
Garmany Golf strongly recommends travel insurance to protect any Guest against any unforeseen circumstances that may cause a Guest or club to cancel participation in any Experience. 24-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY
Guests may cancel their booking within 24 hours of the time of purchase and receive a full refund, provided that the booking was made at least 4 months prior to the scheduled Experience start date. Cancellations made after this 24-hour period will be subject to the standard cancellation policy outlined above.
ADDITIONAL AND OPTIONAL BOOKINGS, AND PAYMENTS
At the request of a Guest, a Garmany Golf Concierge will be happy to book any non golfing tour, activity or additional round of golf before or during the Experience. Please be aware that an administrative or booking fee may be added to any such booking. In the event of such a fee, the Guest will be notified in advance of the fee and have the opportunity to decline the booking confirmation.
All Guests agree to provide a valid credit card in advance of the Experience that may be used for payment for any additional tour, activity or additional (non included) round of golf booked during the Experience for the Guest.
RESPONSIBILITY
Garmany Golf, as the tour operator, and its selling agents, act only as agents in securing and booking the hotel accommodations and other land tour services provided by others as independent contractors. Garmany Golf, its selling agents or the specified air carriers assume and accept no liability for injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, changes or inconvenience caused by: any force majeure – health risks – reason of war or threat of war – riots – civil strife – terrorist activity – industrial disputes – acts, omission, neglect, delay or default of any person engaged in providing any tour services including transportation and accommodation – technical problems to transport – closure or congestion of airports or ports – building work – extended hotel closure – cancellations or changes of schedules by airlines – interruption or failure of public utilities outside the control of the hotel and similar events beyond our control, including storms, tempests and hurricanes.
Garmany Golf is not liable for loss, damage or theft of luggage or personal belongings, for personal injury, accident or illness on any vehicle or at any place throughout the tour. Garmany Golf reserves the right to cancel an Experience if circumstances so require. In the event of such, Garmany Golf will make a full refund to travelers of all payments received in respect of the Experience. Such a refund of payments will be the full extent of Garmany Golf’s obligation and liability to travelers. Garmany Golf is not responsible or liable for any property damage caused by a Guest. The Guest assumes all responsibility for incidental charges, damages and any necessary replacements needed that may have been caused by the Guest’s visit.
Rosewood Kauri Cliffs’s golf offering is a dramatic 18-hole, par-72 championship course designed by David Harman, stretching 7,139 yards with 15 holes overlooking the Pacific and six played right along ocean cliffs — delivering a truly world-class golfing experience.
Te Arai Links – South Course — a true coastal links masterpiece on New Zealand’s North Island — is an 18-hole, par-72 course designed by Bill Coore & Ben Crenshaw that opened in 2022 and features 16 holes with ocean views (8 running directly along the sea), natural dunes and fescue fairways, making it both visually stunning and strategically engaging.
Cape Kidnappers Golf Course — perched on dramatic cliffs 140 m above the ocean in New Zealand’s Hawke’s Bay, this 18-hole, par-71 layout by Tom Doak (opened 2004) delivers a “golf at the edge of the earth” experience with cliff-top fairways, panoramic Pacific views, rugged ravines, and a course design that blends natural landforms with strategic bunkering and shot-making challenge.
Jack’s Point Golf Course — set beneath the jagged peaks of the The Remarkables and along Lake Wakatipu — is an 18-hole, par-72 championship course designed by John Darby, weaving through tussock grasslands, rocky outcrops, steep bluffs and native bush to deliver a dramatic, nature-immersed golfing experience ranked among the South Island’s best.
The Hills Golf Course — located near Arrowtown/Queenstown on New Zealand’s South Island — is an 18-hole, par-72 championship course (designed by Darby Partners) set over roughly 500 acres of glacial-valley terrain, combining dramatic elevation changes, rocky schist outcrops and alpine views with a unique open-air sculpture park to offer a world-class — and visually striking — golf experience.

You’re welcome to travel with your own clubs. Nearly every course we play offers premium rental sets, which we’re happy to reserve in advance for your convenience.
We also partner with Ship Sticks, the leaders in golf club shipping, and can arrange for your golf clubs to be shipped directly to your first hotel to await your arrival and home following your Experience. Our Guests are entitled to preferred rates. Please ask your Concierge for more details.
Absolutely. We design Experiences to suit everyone in your group. While golfers enjoy world-class courses, non-golfers can explore cultural tours, spa retreats, wine tastings, or other curated activities. We also adjust Experiences to balance the needs of beginners and seasoned players alike.
Most Guests enjoy one round per day, giving time to relax and explore the destination. Typically, a 7-day Experience includes 5 rounds, though we can tailor it to include more golf or build in leisure days for touring and Experiencing the destination.
All deposits and final payments are non-refundable. However, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance through a trusted advisor. We are Partnered with Travel Guard, through AIG, and we will be happy to provide a quote at any time Pre-Experience.
